When I place an order, when will my shipment arrive?
Your order will be shipped through USPS. Weight of the package will determine whether it will be shipped First Class or Priority. Shipments weighing less than 1lb will be shipped First Class. Shipments weighing more than 1lb will be shipped Priority. You should expect your shipment to arrive within 2-4 days of ordering.
How do returns work?
If your order is damaged, please contact us at https://www.vygir.com/pages/contact-us. When contacting us, include your order number and explain that you received a damaged item. Once received we will send a follow-up email with instructions on exchanging the socks. If your socks are not damaged, please contact us and let us know why you would like to return your socks. We'll respond with next steps on how to proceed with your return.
